摘要
在节能减排背景下,提出了同时兼顾经济和环保效益的多目标机组组合模型,基于拉格朗日松弛法的思想,将该问题分解为单机子问题,在子问题中利用并列选择遗传算法对经济和环保效益进行双目标优化。分别以发电费用最小、排放最小和综合最小为目标建立模型,对6机30节点算例进行了计算和比较,验证了算法和模型的有效性,实现了综合考虑经济和环保因素的机组组合问题的求解。
In order to save energy and reduce emission, a unit commitment model considering both economic and environmental benefits is proposed. Based on Lagrangian relaxation method, the unit commitment is decomposed into single unit commitment sub problems. The two objective functions are optimized by rank-based genetic algorithm. Models are established with the objective function of the minimum production cost, the minimum emission and both. The example of six-unit system shows the effectiveness of the proposed model and the algorithm.
