文章综述了胡椒精油的提取方法,通过各种方法的对比,以期为今后更深入研究和开发胡椒资源提供一定的科学依据。
In this paper,the methods of extracting essential oil of pepper were reviewed,by contrasting various methods,In order to supply some scientific basis to further research and develop pepper resources.
