摘要
团膳经过多年的发展已成为我国快餐业发展的主流业态,探讨其发展趋势具有重要意义。文章从团膳的制作、设施设备、团膳服务3个方面对团膳的发展趋势进行了探讨。
Group-fastfood has become the essential aspect in the fastfood industry in our country because of many years＇ development.It is significant to discuss the development tendency of it.This paper discussed this problem by analyzing the design and fabrication,installation and equipment,service of it.
