摘要
建立了电机优化设计的数学模型,结合电机设计的工程实际对粒子群优化算法做出了适当改进,并应用改进的算法分别对小型三相异步电动机和中型高压电机进行了优化计算。将两种电机的优化过程进行比较,同时对优化设计后的性能指标及有效材料用量进行对比分析。结果表明,该算法可靠有效。
The mathematical model for optimization design of motor is established in this paper. Combining with engineering practice of motor design, a particle swarm optimization algorithm is appropriately improved, and the improved algorithm is respectively used to carry out optimization calculations of small three-phase induction motor and medium high-voltage motor. The optimization processes of the two kinds of motors are compared, meanwhile the performance index after optimization design and the effective consumption of materials are comparatively analyzed. The results demonstrate that the algorithm is reliable and effective.
