摘要
结合永磁同步电机设计原理,对六极永磁式潜油电机重要技术问题进行了分析。根据潜油电机特殊的分段结构,分别对端部漏抗的计算和斜极方法进行了研究,提出永磁式潜油电机转子倒装的分段斜极式方法并开发了CAD软件。通过建立六极永磁式潜油电机有限元模型,对齿槽定位力矩进行分析,验证该方法对降低电机齿槽定位力矩起到了一定的作用。
Based on the principle of designing PM synchronous motor, this paper analyzes the key technical problems of six-pole PM submersible motor. Aiming at the special segmented structure of submersible motor, the calculation of end leakage reactance and the skewed pole method are respectively investigated. The segmented skewed-pole method of rotor reverse installation is presented and the CAD software is developed. Through establishing finite-element analysis model of the six-pole PM submersible motor, the cogging torque has been analyzed. The results validate that this method has a positive effect to reduce the cogging torque of the motor.
