How to Improve Product Quality

在保证质量的常规措施上,着眼于提高产品质量,侧重剖析对质量影响较大的隐患性因素。这些隐患性因素潜伏在产品中,不易被察觉,且伴随产品终生。其中设计环节尤为重要,既直接影响到产品的性能,又直接、间接地对加工工艺、制造质量起到不可忽视的作用。因此强调设计要"精心"。而制造,对于提高产品质量同样存在加工中不易被发现,且对质量影响较大的工序,如浸漆、铁心加工、机座时效、轴承装配等,加工中不可掉以轻心。提高产品质量,对于任何企业都是一项难度较大的工程,必须从管理、设计、制造全方位入手。管理上涉及到方方面面,现仅从其影响面、表现形式及对保障、提高产品质量的重要性上予以阐述,有待深层次地探讨。

This paper focuses on improving product quality based on the routine measures of quality assurance, and mainly analyzes the hidden danger factors that have a strong impact on the quality. These factors lurked in products are difficult to be aware of and will accompany product life. Among them, the design aspect is particularly important, which not only directly affects product performance, hut also directly and indirectly play a significant role in processing technology and manufacturing quality. Therefore, this paper emphasizes the ＂carefully＂ de- sign. For improvement of product quality, the manufacturing is a process which is difficult to he aware of and have great impact on the quality such as impregnating varnish, core processing, stator frame aging and hearing assemble, so it should not be taken lightly in manufacturing. For any enterprise, improving product quality is a project with greater difficulties and should be started fully from management, design and manufacturing. Its management relates to various aspects. This paper only makes a superficial description from impact aspects, expression forms and importance of guaranteeing and improving product quality, will be needed exploring deeply in the future.
