摘要
目的研究确定补骨脂的最佳分离纯化工艺。方法采用不同的树脂柱进行吸附,用HPLC法测定补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量,对工艺进行评价。结果 S-8型树脂较适合补骨脂香豆素类化合物的纯化,在确定的工艺下,香豆素类化合物转移率为67.15%。结论该工艺适合补骨脂中香豆素类化合物的富集。
Objective To investigate the purification of coumarin from Psoralea corylifolia L. by macroporous adsorption resin. Method Different types of macroporous adsorption resin were used for adsorpting, HPLC was used to measure the content of psor alen and isopsoralen. Result The S-8 macroporous adsorption resin corylifolia L.. Under the optimized conditions,the recovery rate of was suitable for the purification of coumarin from Psoralea coumarin was 67.15%. Conclusion This method was suitable for the purification of coumarin from Psoralea corylifolia L..
