摘要
目的观察维血宁对环磷酰胺致骨髓抑制模型小鼠的治疗作用。方法采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺引起小鼠骨髓抑制。将模型动物随机分组,各组分别给予维血宁41.3,20.6和10.3 g.kg-1,以及升血小板胶囊和白介素-11,连续14 d,末次给药后2 h,取血,进行血液学检查,测定出血、凝血时间。结果维血宁能不同程度地升高模型动物WBC、PLT、RBC和Hb,其中维血宁各剂量组动物WBC、PLT、Hb与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01);维血宁大、小剂量组动物RBC与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);维血宁组动物的出血、凝血时间较模型组缩短(P<0.01或<0.05)。结论维血宁对环磷酰胺致骨髓抑制模型小鼠具有治疗作用,能升高外周血WBC、RBC、PLT和Hb。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Weixuening on myelosuppression mice induced by cyclophosphamide (CTX). Method The myelosuppression mice models were induced by CTX. In addition to normal control group, the myelosuppression mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:model group,Weixuening groups (ig 41.3,20.6 and 10.3 g· kg^-1 ), Sheng Xuexiaoban Jiaonang group (ig 1. 125 g · kg^-1 ) and IL-11 group lip 250μg · kg^-1 ). Each group were given homologous medicine once a day. The amount of ceils and Hb of peripheral blood of the mice were detected at 2 hours of after 14 days treatment. Result The Weixuening can increase the WBC,RBC,PLT and Hb of peripheral blood of mice. The WBC,PLT and Hb of mice of Weixuening 3 dosage groups were higher than that of model group ( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01). The RBC of Weixuening high and low dosage groups were also higher(P 〈0.01 ). The bleeding time and cruor time of Weixuening groups were shorter than that of model group ( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01). Conclusion The Weixuening can cure the myelosuppression induced by CTX and increase WBC, RBC,PLT and Hb of peripheral blood of mice.
