摘要
目的观察三香乳增消胶囊对乳腺增生模型豚鼠的治疗作用。方法采用苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮肌注复制豚鼠乳腺增生模型,考察三香乳增消胶囊对豚鼠乳头高度和直径、乳腺病理形态学变化及子宫、卵巢指数的影响。结果三香乳增消胶囊能减小乳腺增生豚鼠的乳头高度及直径,降低镜下乳腺增生程度,降低子宫、卵巢指数。结论三香乳增消胶囊对乳腺增生模型豚鼠具有治疗作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutical effect of Sanxiangruzengxiao Capsules on mammary glands in guinea pigs. Method The guinea pig model of mammary gland hyperplasia was established by intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate and progesterone. The nipple height and diameter of mammary glands were determined, the breast tissue structure was observed and the uterus,and ovary index were calculated. Result Sanxiangruzengxiao Capsules can inhibit the nipple height and diameter of hyperplasia of mammary glands in guinea pigs, reduce the degree of microscopic hyperplasia, lower uterus, ovary index. Conclusion Sanxian- gruzengxiao Capsules has obvious therapeutical effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands in guinea pigs.
