摘要 本文基于大量研究数据基础上,分析了当前四川省的应用型物流人才供求现状,并对物流行业的人才需求和高校培养人才数量进行预测,以期能对我省应用型物流人才培养体系的建设、保证未来物流业的发展有充分的人才供给发挥重要的参考作用。 This paper, based on a man resource supply and mand and the number of demand large amount of data analysis, conducts a survey of the status quo of the hu- in the logistics industry of Sichuan, and then makes a prediction of the de- graduates from colleges in the future. It is intended to provide reference for the estab- lishment of a practicality-oriented human resource training program and to ensure the sufficient supply of per- sonnel in the industry.
