摘要
江苏作为我国东部沿海经济比较发达的省份,境内除少量丘陵山地外,多数是平原沃野、灌溉便利。其所辖内中南部地区以生产水稻为主,南部多养蚕桑,北部接近山东,多产小麦和杂粮。不同的自然条件、物产、历史文化等因素造成了江苏南北饮食的异同,本文对此进行了初步探究。
