武威市奶牛结核病免疫学诊断的调查研究

Immunological Diagnosis Investigation on Dairy Cattle Tuberculosis in Wuwei City

随着奶牛养殖业的发展,为了保障消费者食乳安全,武威市畜牧兽医局每年对奶牛养殖场(户)奶牛结核病进行定期检疫,及时淘汰阳性牛,使三县一区的规模养殖场(户)奶牛结核病逐步被净化。免疫学检疫结果表明:自1996年～2006年11年间,武威市奶牛养殖量呈上升趋势,而结核病的阳性率则呈下降趋势。

With the development of dairy cattle industry,in order to ensure the safety of milk production for consumers,the tuberculosis test was conducted in all cattle farms of wuwei city periodically with the methods of immunological diagnosis,positive cases were eliminated in time,and the dairy cattle infected tubercle bacillus was decontaminated.The immunological diagnosis results indicated that the positive percent of tuberculosis declined during the past 11 years from 1996 to 2006 while the amounts of dairy cattle increased.
