摘要
通过磨损工况模拟,实验研究润滑过程中加入过滤装置对润滑油性能的影响,并运用铁谱技术对油样进行对比分析。结果表明,在润滑过程中加入过滤装置,可以更有效地提高润滑油的性能,减少机械磨损,延长润滑油的使用期限。
The influences of filter unit on lubricating oil properties were studied by the simulation of wear conditions. The oil samples under different conditions were analyzed using ferrography. The results show that the filter unit can effec- tively improve the properties of lubricating oil, decrease the mechanical wear of devices, and extend the life of lubricating oil.
