摘要
分析熟料窑托轮轴瓦、传动大小齿轮、传动齿箱存在的润滑问题,并对熟料窑润滑系统进行改造。运行结果表明,改造后托轮轴瓦表面温度平均降低30℃,大小齿轮的齿面温度降低超过10℃;润滑系统优化后,减少了润滑油消耗,降低了磨损,实现节能降耗。
The lubrication problems of the axles of wheel, transmission gears and transmission box of the clinker kiln were analyzed, the lubrication system was rebuilt. The result shows that the surface temperature of the axle bearing of support wheel reduces by 30 °C ,the surface temperature of the bears reduces more than 10 °C. The lubricating oil consumption, the wear of device and the energy consumption are reduced after the lubrication system was optimized.
