乳化油凝点测定方法的探讨

Investigation on Determination of Emulsified Oil Solidification Point

通过乳化油凝点的检测,发现乳化油在凝固过程中温度出现拐点和平衡现象。分析乳化油温-相变化的特点,指出乳化油相变过程中的拐点温度就是乳化油的凝点,并提出反映乳化油特点的凝点检测方法。实际应用表明,该检测方法快速准确。

The turning point of temperature and balance phenomenon in the solidification process of emulsified oil were fund through the test of solidification point of emulsified oil. The characteristics of emulsified oil phase-change were analyzed, it was pointed out that the turning point temperature is the solidification point of emulsified oil. The test method of the solidification point that reflects the characteristics of emulsified oil was put forward. The result of practical application shows that this test method is quick and accurate.
