摘要
为了满足国家重点工程"750 kV西宁—永登—白银输变电工程"用800 kV GIS开关设备的需求,笔者开发了800 kV罐式MOA,介绍了交流800 kV SF6罐式无间隙金属氧化物避雷器的性能参数、结构及试验等情况。产品采用高性能电阻片,内部芯体采用Z形结构,用于降低产品的高度。对避雷器的电压和电场分布特性、内绝缘性能、机械强度等关键技术进行了研究。试验结果表明,研制出的避雷器的最大电位分布不均匀系数为11.7%,通过了雷电冲击2 100 kV、操作冲击1 550 kV和工频960 kV的内绝缘耐受试验、壳体强度及运输试验。研制的800 kV罐式避雷器已在750 kV输电工程中应用。
The performance parameters, structure and test of AC 800 kV SF6 tank MOA are introduced, which uses high performance resistors, internal core body structure like "Z" type to lower the height of the products. The arrester voltage and electric field distribution characteristics, internal insulation, mechanical strength are also studied. The maximum potential development of the uneven distribution of arrester factor 11.7%. The developed MOA have passed the lightning impulse withstand voltage test of 2 100 kV, switching impulse withstand voltage test of 1 550 kV, short-duration power frequency withstand voltage test of 960 kV and shell strength and transport test. The developed MOA has been applied in 750 kV power transmission project.
