摘要
利用气相色谱分析变压器油中气体体积分数,可发现变压器的潜伏性故障,并诊断出故障性质,过热故障或放电故障。回归分析法应用于过热故障中,具体判断出过热故障在磁路或导电回路,可简化复杂的检查过程。磁路过热故障主要出现在主磁路,磁屏蔽出现高温过热较为少见。笔者运用回归分析法,对一起运行中主变磁路局部涡流发热故障做出了正确判断,原因是磁屏蔽和箱体接触缝隙较大,产生涡流发热,造成故障位置高温过热。经吊罩处理后运行正常,避免了事故的进一步扩大。
Potential fault of transformer can be found by gas phase chromatography, and the fault characters such as overheat fault and discharging fault can be diagnosed. Regression analysis is applied to overheat fault, estimation to determine whether fault position is in magnetic circuit or electrical circuit. This paper adopts the regression analysis to an overheat fault due to local eddy in the magnetic circuit of a main transformer, determines the cause of the fault, and prevent an accident.
