摘要 为促进丁腈胶圈技术的应用,比较详细、全面地介绍了丁腈胶圈的种类、技术规格、质量要求。从改善成纱机理出发,阐述了胶圈工艺配置的原则与方法以及使用中出现问题的解决措施以及有关管理工作的要求。指出:正确认识并把握丁腈胶圈的技术特性,合理配置上下胶圈摩擦因数、硬度与弹性;正确选用胶圈表面形式、内径周长、厚度、宽度等几何尺寸及相互间合理搭配;推广使用性能较好,寿命较长的新型梯式复合型胶圈;注意解决好胶圈使用中出现的滑溜、上吊、跑偏及起槽划伤等问题;认真做好胶圈的清洗整理及储存工作,可以使丁腈胶圈更好地发挥作用,促进纺纱质量的提高。 To promote technology application of nitrile apron,its species,technology specifications and quality demands were introduced in details and fully. From aspect of improving yarn mechanism,methods and principles of nitrile apron processing configuration,resolving measures and related management demands were introduced. It is pointed out that technology characteristic of nitrile apron should be realized and known correctly, friction coefficient,hardness and elasticity of aprons should be selected rationally. Apron surface styles,inner diameter circumference, thickness and width, matching among each other were selected correctly. New trapezoidal compound apron with longer lifetime and better property should be promoted and applied. Problems of apron slippage,looseness, off tracking and injury et al should be paid attention to and resolved well. Apron clearing and storage should be done well to make full use nitrile apron,finally yarn quality can be improved.
