不锈钢纤维混纺纱线定量分析方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 探讨不锈钢纤维混纺纱线中各组分定量分析的方法。根据浓硫酸和苯酚/四氯乙烷可完全溶解涤纶,加热法可去除棉纤维的特点,分析三种方法对不锈钢纤维的溶解性能,得出:采用浓硫酸法,不锈钢纤维样品处理前后的重量相对误差重现性较差;而采用加热法和苯酚/四氯乙烷溶解法,不锈钢纤维样品处理前后重量相对误差较小,且稳定性也较好。试验结果表明,可采用苯酚/四氯乙烷溶解法结合加热法进行不锈钢纤维与涤棉混纺纱线各组分的定量分析,结果准确、可靠。 Methods of analyzing each kinds of fiber quantity in stainless fiber blended yarn were discussed. Polyester can be dissolute in concentrated sulfuric acid and phenol & tetrachloroethane completely, cotton can be eliminated by heating, dissolution property of three methods to stainless fiber was analyzed. It is considered that reproducibility of weight relative error before and after treating stainless fiber is worse by concentrated sulfuric acid. While reproducibility of weight relative error before and after treating stainless fiber is smaller, the stability is better when adopting heating method and phenol & tetrachloroethane dissolution method. Test result shows that quantitative analysis of polyester cotton stainless blended yarn each component through adopting phenol & tetrachloroethane dissolution and combining heating method is accurate and reliable.
