摘要
探讨瑞士立达E66型精梳机的工艺技术及纺纱性能。介绍了E66型精梳机C.A.P.D500计算机辅助工艺设计技术的应用效果、所开发专用精梳锡林和Ri-Q-Top型顶梳的技术特点以及成条机构和吸风道结构改进情况,并进行了纺纱质量测试。结果表明:经过优化设计所开发的E66型精梳机,可以进一步达到高效、节能的效果;专用精梳锡林和Ri-Q-Top型顶梳的应用,不但可拓宽精梳机加工纤维的范围,而且在500钳次/min的高速下,精梳机排除短绒及棉结水平符合相关规定要求,成纱质量也达到了较好的水平。
Technology characteristics and spinning property of Rieter E66 comber were discussed. Application effect of C · A · P · D500 in E66 comber were introduced as well as special combing cylinder,technology characteristics of Ri-Q-Top top comb,modifications of sliver forming device and suction structure were introduced then yarn quality was tested. The result shows that higher efficiency and energy-saving effect can be reached further for optimized E66 comber. Through using special combing cylinder and Ri-Q-Top top comb,products range of E66 comber can be increased,in condition of 500 nippers per minute,related requirements of short fiber and neps elimination level for E66 comber can be reached, yarn quality can reach better levels.
