摘要
用强酸将蛇纹石中的有价金属元素浸出到溶液中,再氧化处理浸出液,然后用NaOH-NH3.H2O进行混合沉淀,得到的铁镍混合物中TFe的质量分数为52%,回收率为90.23%,Ni的质量分数为1.5%,回收率为86.47%,超过了铁、镍可利用的工业品位要求,可分别作为冶炼铁、镍的原料。
Valuable metals contained in serpentine was leached by using strong acid, and the leaching solution was oxidized, then mixed precipitation was conducted by using NaOH-NH3·H2O. In iron and nickel mixture obtained from above processes, the mass fraction of TFe was 52%, its recovery was 90. 23%; the mass fraction of nickel was 1. 5%, its recovery was 86. 47%, these indexes exceeded the requirements of available industrial grade of iron and nickel, they could be used as raw materials of smelting iron and nickel, respectively.
