摘要
如何有效激励,不仅是管理学和经济学领域研究的热点问题之一,也是管理实践活动的本质所在。然而,现实中激励并非总是有效。权变激励观针对情境的多样性、主体的特殊性和社会的复杂性,从动态的、多维的视角切入激励系统各要素,寻找激励结构中的各种最佳匹配关系,通过对激励过程的权变分析使激励结构化、模型化及至科学化,从而优化激励过程,提高激励有效性。
How to motivate effectively is not only one of the hot research spots between the fields of management and economics,but also the essence of the practical activities by the management.Nevertheless,the motivation in real life is not always very effectively.Contingency motivation,which is on the variety of circumstances,the specific characteristics of the main principal and the complexity of the society,enters into the each part of motivation system dynamically and multi-dimensionally in order to seek all kinds of the best matching relationship in the motivation structure.The motivation becomes more systematic,modeling and scientific through the contingency analysis of its process.As a result it can optimize the motivation process and improve its effectiveness.
