陕西经济增长与环境质量的关联性

近十年来,陕西经济实现了持续高速增长,经济综合实力明显增强,在生态环境建设方面也取得了巨大的成绩,但经济增长方式还没有发生根本性转变,废水、废气排放总量以及城市烟尘、扬尘等污染物排放量均呈上升趋势。因此,研究陕西环境质量与经济增长之间的关系,探寻资源环境与经济协调发展的路径,对陕西实现区域经济可持续发展具有一定的现实意义。本文以灰色关联度法,定量分析了陕西经济增长和环境质量之间的相互影响程度,并提出了陕西经济增长与环境协调发展的政策性建议。

In recent ten years,Shaanxi＇s economy has realized continous and high-speed growth,its comprehensive economic strength has obviously been strengthened,and it has also made remarkable achievements in the construction of ecological environment.However,its pattern of economic growth has not radically changed,and the emission of waste water and waste gas,urban smoking and dust discharge have showed rising trend.Therefore,it is inportant to study relationship between Shaanxi＇s environmental quality and economic growth,and expore the path to coordinated development of resource and environment and economy to realize the sustainbale regional economy in Shaanxi.The paper applies Grey correlation degree to conduct quantitative analysis on the interrelationship between Shaanxi＇s economic growth and environmental quallity,and put forward policy suggestions for coordinated development of shaanxi＇s economic growth and environment.
