关于中国发展国际金融中心的思考

中国发展国际金融中心,不仅具备必要性和重要性,而且具有可能性和现实性,目前正面临着良好的机遇。国际金融中心的形成和发展,受到许多因素的制约,尤其是金融、经济、城市、科技进步等一系列因素制约。我们应坚持整体发展、重点倾斜的基本思路,改善和强化这些因素,主要包括又好又快地发展国民经济、持续增强中国金融竞争力、完善金融市场体系、提高金融业对外开放和金融监管水平、进一步优化金融环境、健全社会信用体系等,以促进中国国际金融中心的早日形成。

It is not only necessary and important but also possible and realistic for China to develop international financial center,and China ia facing sound opportunities.The formation and development of financial center are influenced by many restrictive factors,especially finance,economy,cities,technological progress,etc.We should adhere to the basic ideas of overall development and preferential policy,and improve and strengthen those facors,mainly including health and rapid development of the national economy,continuous enhancing of China＇s banking competitiveness,improvement of the financial market system,enhancing of the financial opening and financial supervision level,and further optimization of the financial environment,and a sound social credit system,etc.so as to speed up the formation of international financial center in China.
