摘要
在非传统新古典城市增长理论框架下,构建公共投资、土地利用效率与城市增长理论模型,利用1999—2006年城市面板数据进行实证分析,结果发现:公共投资对土地利用效率的影响效应有显著的区域差异性,但这种影响没有迅速传导到中西部地区,即东部地区的城市增长与公共投资和土地利用效率的关系更显著,而对中西部地区城市增长的影响则不显著。这说明东部地区较为发达的要素市场在调节城市增长方面发挥了重要作用,该地区城市理性增长的趋势已日益明显,而中西部地区的城市增长则主要由非市场因素推动,政府主导的、蔓延式增长成为这些地区城市增长的主流模式。
This paper constructs a theory model of public investment,land use efficiency and city growth under nontraditional neoclassical city growth theory.There exist remarkable regional differences of effects of public investment on land use efficiency with cities data of 1999—2006.However,the effects don′t conduct to the west areas.There has more remarkable relationship between urban growth and public investment and land use efficiency in the east area,which is contrary to the west area.Developed essential market in the east area has important action adjusting urban growth and the trend of rational urban growth has come into being in the region.However,the urban growth of middle and west areas is mostly impelled by non-market factors and government intervention increase and overspread increase are the key mode of these regions.
