世界恐怖主义的主要特征与发展趋势 被引量：16

摘要 "9·11"事件以来,经过国际社会史无前例的十年反恐,除了中东和南亚部分国家以外的世界确实享受了一段时间的安全与平静,但代价是高昂的、难以持续的。现在"9·11"事件的元凶本·拉登虽然已被击毙,但恐怖主义的根源仍然存在,宗教极端主义和意识形态冲突对恐怖主义的影响仍然很大。同时,恐怖主义的国际化与当地化趋势并行,小型化与草根化趋势明显,网络恐怖主义等也从概念成为现实。
