摘要目的通过对36例老年食管癌切除术后胃排空障碍的治疗,总结该手术的注意事项及术后胃排空障碍的治疗方法。方法功能性胃排空障碍采用胃肠减压、应用胃动力药、营养支持、中医药及精神治疗;机械性胃排空障碍需行手术治疗。结果 33例功能性胃排空障碍8￣34d保守治疗均治愈,3例机械性胃排空障碍术后均得以缓解。结论老年食管癌术后胃排空障碍是可以预防的,即充分术前准备,纠正全身合并症,规范食管癌术式。一旦发生胃排空障碍要认真分析,尽早辨明属于功能性还是机械性,及时采取相应措施,
