流动儿童麻疹减毒活疫苗接种率影响因素的多因素分析

Study on Influences and Coverage of Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine Immunization for Migrant Children by Multiple Factors Analysis

目的探讨影响流动儿童麻疹减毒活疫苗(Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine,MV)接种率的因素及其网络作用关系,为建立有效的流动儿童免疫规划服务模式提供科学依据。方法采用分阶段随机抽样方法,选取<7岁的3000名外来流动儿童开展调查,用Logistic回归和通径分析等方法对资料进行统计分析。结果建立预防接种证、收到预防接种通知等因素是影响流动儿童MV接种率的主要因素,其标准化通径系数分别为0.44、0.38,两者影响权重合计42.25%;儿童年龄、是否知道预防接种门诊地址、了解预防接种态度等因素的影响权重位居3～5位,标准化通径系数分别为-0.29、0.22、0.17。结论及时建立预防接种证、发放接种通知单是影响流动儿童MV接种率的关键因素。同时流动儿童家庭社会经济特征、宣传教育等对接种MV都有重要影响。

Objective To understand the influences and Measles vaccine（MV）coverage rate in floating children,and to provide evidence for establishing the effective immunization services strategies for them.Methods 3000 migrant children born in Jan.1,2000-Aug.30,2005 were selected by multi-stage sampling to conduct face to face survey.Logistic regression and path analysis were applied by statistical package for social science（SPSS）and analysis of moment structures（AMOS）software respectively.Results Immunization certification,received vaccination information are the main factors to influence the MV coverage rate in floating children,and the path analysis showed that their total standardized regression effects were 0.44,0.38 respectively.Meanwhile,age,knowing the address of inoculation site and the attitude to understand vaccination were important influence factors,their total standardized regression effects were-0.29,0.22,0.17 respectively.Conclusion The key point for improving measles coverage rate for migrant children were immunization certification and delivering information.In addition,socioeconomic characteristics of migrant children and health education were important factors as well.
