农村代课教师职业发展的问题研究

我国农村代课教师是由原先的农村民办教师转变而来的,其角色的演变经历了很长的历史时期。农村代课教师曾在我国基础教育的发展中发挥了重要作用,可当前也存在一些不容忽视的问题,他们负担沉重、待遇低下、处境尴尬、缺少培训、流失严重,这些问题亟待妥善解决。政府应该为农村代课教师职业的发展创设更好的外部环境,以促进农村代课教师、农村教育事业的科学发展。

Substitute teachers in China＇s rural areas are transformed from the original citizen-managed teachers,and the transformation has experienced a long time.Although China＇s rural substitute teachers played a very important role in the development of China＇s basic education,currently,they are confronted with a series of problems which can＇t be neglected,such as heavy workloads,poor salary,embarrassing situation,lack of training,and serious loss of teachers,and all of these have to be settled urgently.Government should create better external environment for China＇s rural substitute teachers to promote their professional development and the scientific development of the education cause.
