Survey and Thinking of University Teachers' Educational Technology Ability

信息化时代的到来,使得教育技术能力成为高校教师必备的一项素质。采取问卷调查法对我国部分高校教师的教育技术能力现状进行抽样调查,以调查资料为依据,分析总结出高校教师在教育技术能力方面所存在的主要问题:高校教师对于自身在教学中应具备的教育技术能力认识不到位;教育技术基础知识掌握不够完善,不够系统;缺乏信息采集和集成的能力;缺少对教育技术全面而灵活的运用;改革创新的意识淡薄,缺乏创新能力。并有针对性地提出一些对策和建议。

The information era＇s arrival makes educational technology ability a university teacher＇s essential quality.The article,by questionnaire,makes a sample survey of the current situation of some university teachers＇ educational technology ability,and based on the survey,analyses and summarizes the main problems,such as,less knowledge of their own educational technology ability that they should have,no solid and systematic basic educational technology knowledge,lack of information collecting and integrating ability,being unable to use information technology comprehensively and inflexibly,less consciousness of reform and innovation as well as innovative ability.And finally,it puts forwards some solutions and suggestions to solve these problems.
