摘要
目的探讨沙眼衣原体取样的改良对提高其检出率的效果。方法同时对疑似沙眼衣原体感染的187例男性患者作沙眼衣原体检测,一组按试剂说明书上的方法取样本(普通组),另一组在原有取材基础上加上精液沉淀物作为样本(改良组)。两组分别采用沙眼衣原体快速检测抗原试剂盒(胶体金法)、酶联免疫吸附试验、快速免疫诊断法进行检测。结果普通组上述3种方法检测沙眼衣原体的阳性率分别为5.35%、3.74%和3.21%,改良组的阳性率分别为6.95%、4.28%和6.42%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙眼衣原体男性尿道拭子联合尿液沉淀物加精液沉淀物检出率高于普通取样方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified sampling of Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) on in- creasing its detection rate. Methods 187 male patients with suspected CT infection were performed the CT test. One group (ordinary group) was sampled by the method according to the instructions on the sampling kit and the another group(modified group) was added the semen sediment as sample on the base of original sampling. Two groups used CT antigen rapid detection kit (colloidal gold),enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELiSA) and rapid immunoassay for detection. Results The positive rates of CT by three detection methods were 5.35%,3.74%and 3.21% in the ordinary group and 6.95%,4.28 %, 6.42 % in the modified group, showing statistical differences between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The CT detection rate by male urethral swab combined with semen and urine sedi- ments is higher than that by the ordinary sampling.
