摘要
为了更合理地计量天然气能源,对天然气能量计量方法进行了研究。论述了天然气能量计量的系统基本原理,根据能量计量的要求设计了天然气能量计量系统的软硬件,在天然气公司内部光纤网络的基础上建立了天然气能量计量系统。该系统能够同步读取体积流量、组分数据、压力、温度等参数,根据能量计量的方法通过内部核心计算软件计算出天然气能量。对系统进行了不确定度的分析计算,分析表明:当测量过程受到较好控制时,天然气能量计量系统结果的不确定度小于1%(k=2)。实验结果表明:研制的天然气能量计量系统操作简便,体积流量、温度、压力、组分等关键参数读取稳定,与软件FLOCALC进行比对,相对误差在0.1%以内。
To measure natural gas energy more rationally, the method of natural gas energy measurement is studied. The working principle is introduced. Natural gas energy measurement system software and hardware are designed according to energy measurement requirement. Natural gas energy measurement system is established based on natural gas internal fiber-optic network. The volume flow, component data, pressure, temperature and other parameters are read out simultaneously in this system. Natural gas energy is calculated through the internal core software according to the method of natural gas energy measurement. The system of analysis and calculation of uncertainty, the results show that the uncertainty of energy measurement could be reached 1% (k =2), when the measurement process is kept in good control. The result of test shows the system is easy to operate, and can load the volume flow, component data, pressure, temperature and other parameters steadily. Compared with software FLOCALC,the relative error is less than 0.1%.
