摘要
针对环境中SO2浓度与哮喘发病关系的动物模型研究,设计了可以模拟含有特定SO2浓度的气体环境的实验系统。通过以单片机C8051F310为核心,构建了气路流体系统、传感检测系统和智能控制系统,实现了SO2浓度在密闭环境中的智能化控制。实验系统能够模拟SO2浓度为0~28.56μg/L的大气环境,在长期的实验中表现出良好SO2浓度控制效果。该系统是一种操作简便、可靠性高的SO2气体实验系统,为SO2哮喘动物模型研究提供了适宜的必备工程系统。
To supply a technical way of studying the relation between asthma and the density of SO2 in environment, an air experimental system is developed for simulating the special environment with SO2. Airsupplying subsystem, detecting subsystem with sensors and intelligent controlling subsystem are designed, and intelligent control on special SO2 density in a seal box is realized, based on the MCU of C8051F310. The system can simulate a special environment with the SO2 density of 0 ~28.56 μg/L and show great effect in experiments. The system is easy to operate and has high reliability, and is a suitable technical tool for studying the relation between asthma and SO2.
