摘要 华东电力市场下一步改革的目标是实现辅助服务市场化。市场化以后,发电商需要选择自己的备用报价实现利润最大。利用机会成本的概念,将包含两发电商的市场分为五类。发电商根据掌握的市场信息,判断自身所属的类别。通过建立双层优化模型,寻找最优报价策略实现自身利润最大。最后对所用方法的有效性进行了验证,并分析了主能量报价对备用报价的影响。结果表明发电商的备用报价跟随主能量报价变化时,利润最大。 The reform of East China electricity market aims to establish the Ancillary Service Market(ASM). The Generate company ( Genco ) needs to choose its reserve bid to maximize its profits after the market is built. A market with two Gencos is divided into five sections by the concept of opportunity cost. The Genco decides his situation by the information it gets from the market. It looks for his optimal bidding strategy to maximize the profit through bi-level optimization model. In the end, the validity of this method is proved, and the effects of energy bid on reserve bid are analyzed. The result shows the profits are maximized when the reserve bid follows the changing energy bid.
