摘要
目的探讨针刺对AlCl3致AD大鼠空间记忆的影响。方法采用AlCl3灌胃制作AD大鼠模型,Morris水迷宫检测大鼠空间记忆能力。结果针刺明显缩短AD大鼠寻找平台的时间,搜寻策略也得以改善。结论针刺能有效改善因AlCl3所致AD大鼠的空间记忆障碍。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture on spatial memory deficit in Alzheimer's disease (AD) rats. Methods The AD model was established by subcutaneous injection with aluminium triehloride ( AICI3 ). Spatial memory ability was detected by Morris water maze. Results It was shown that the escape latency in model group rats, was increased significantly after A1Cl3 injection and acupuncture could obviously shorten A1CI3-induced increase of eacape latency. Instead of taking a tortuous swimming path to find the hidden platform as seen in AD group, acupuncture significantly improved the searching strategy of rats. Conclusion Acupuncture can effectively prevent rats from A1Cl3-induced spatial memory deficit.
