摘要
卫生技术人员的工作意愿受收入水平、晋升机会等众多因素的影响。研究卫生技术人员的工作意愿,是卫生人力资源研究的重要内容之一。离散选择试验作为国际上新兴的卫生技术人员工作意愿测量方法,可综合研究多种影响因素之间的权衡,对卫生技术人员工作意愿进行定量测量。该方法在卫生领域应用前景广泛,除可用于卫生人力资源研究外,也能广泛应用于医疗保险参保意愿、卫生服务需求等多领域的研究。本文着重介绍了离散选择模型的原理,在卫生技术人员工作意愿测量领域的应用及其优缺点。
Whether a health worker is willing to choose a rural job is determined by many influencing factors including but not limited to income, opportunities for promotion. Discrete Choice Experiment (DCE) is an innovative approach to analyzing the trade-offs between these various influencing factors, and to measuring the relative impor- tance of the factors in health professionals' job preferences. In addition to its increasing use in human resources for health, DCE can also be widely used in other areas of health services research, including study of wiliness to join a health insurance scheme, willingness to use certain types of health services. This paper introduces the basic princi- ples of DCE, its applications in measuring health professionals' job preferences, and its strength and weakness.
