技术创新网络中企业间依赖、企业开放度对合作绩效的影响

Research on the Influence of Enterprises Dependence and Openness to Cooperation Performance in Technological Innovation Network

技术创新网络中企业的合作绩效受到企业间依赖关系与企业开放度的影响。本文在对相关文献梳理的基础上,提出了网络内企业间依赖与开放度对合作绩效影响的理论假设,利用我国企业技术创新合作过程中的实际数据,对其进行了实证检验。结果表明,技术创新网络中企业间联合依赖与不对称依赖的程度会影响到企业在合作过程中的开放度,同时也会影响到企业的合作绩效。进而,作为企业间依赖与企业合作绩效间重要的中介,开放度也显著影响着企业合作的绩效。

Technology innovation network itself is a typical open cooperation innovation organization involved in multiple organizations,and opening degree of enterprise boundary has a direct effect on performance of cooperation.As the note enterprise in technological innovation network controls of different resources,then it leads to the dependent relation between the enterprises in innovation network showing different characteristics.The essence of the relationship between the enterprises in innovation network is of power relations.On the basis of the related literature,the interdependence between the en-terprises may be classified into the joint dependence and asymmetry dependence,and the openness between the enterprises can be divided into open width and depth,then the enterprise＇s cooperation performance is divided into cooperation satisfaction,relationship stability and capability of enterprise technology innovation.We construct the theoretical hypotheses between the above factors.We use the actual data of the process of the innovation cooperation in our country,and do an empirical test with the help of SPSS15.0.The results show that the inter-organization interdependence in innovation network behaves differently.The relation of the joint dependence and the open breadth and depth is positive,but the relation of the asymmetric dependence and the open breadth and depth is negative.The relationship between the open breadth and depth and enterprise technical innovation ability of cooperative enterprise shows a reversed U shape.The open breadth and depth between the cooperative enterprises will effectively improve the stability of cooperative relationship between enterprises.However,it has no significant effect on the enterprise cooperation satisfaction.The inter-organization interdependence will have significant effect on the cooperation performance,but this effect is not a simple linear relationship.The whole research shows that cooperative performance between enterprises is affected by the interdependence between the enterprises and their openness jointly.Moreover,as the important intermediary of the enterprises dependence and the cooperation performance,the degree of enterprise＇s openness also obviously influences the enterprise＇s cooperation performance.The conclusion is very important to further improve the enterprise cooperation innovation theories and to improve the cooperation performance of technology innovation network.
