快速康复外科理念在经尿道前列腺电切术的应用与效果观察

Application of concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in transurethral prostate electrocision and its effects

目的:探讨快速康复外科理念对经尿道前列腺电切术治疗效果的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法分配,将患者分为对照组和干预组,每组各30例。对照组采用传统的开腹手术方式,干预组对实施经尿道前列腺电切术进行快速康复外科理念干预,观察两组患者的手术时间、术中出血、留置尿管时间、持续膀胱冲洗时间、住院天数、治疗费用及并发症发生等指标,并进行比较。结果:干预组与对照组比较,手术时间、留置尿管时间、持续膀胱冲洗时间、住院天数明显缩短,术中出血和治疗费用明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科理念(FTS)是一种适合前列腺增生症患者的治疗模式,能缓解手术应激,减少并发症,加速患者术后康复,提高患者的远期生存质量。

Objective To study the effect of concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on transurethral prostate electrocision.Method Patients were divided into the control group and the intervention group randomly,30 patients in each group.The control group using the traditional open surgery approach,the intervention group on the implementation of the transurethral resection and the surgical intervention of the concept of rapid rehabilitation.The two groups were observed in operation time,blood loss,indwelling catheter time,continuous bladder irrigation time,hospital days,treatment costs,and then complications were measured and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time,indwelling catheter time,continuous bladder irrigation time were significantly shorter,hospital stay,blood loss and treatment costs were significantly reduced in the intervention group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery（FTS） is suitable for the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia model,surgery can relieve stress,reduce complications and accelerate postoperative recovery and improve the quality of long-term survival of patients.
