外伤性小肠破裂116例诊治体会

Experiences in diagnosis and treatment of 116 cases with traumatic rupture of small intestine

目的:探讨外伤性小肠破裂的诊断和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析116例外伤性小肠破裂患者的临床资料。结果:116例患者经外科手术治疗,确诊为外伤性小肠破裂。其中行单纯修补术91例,肠部分切除吻合术25例。113例治愈,3例因严重复合伤、多发伤、休克死亡。结论:在腹部损伤中疑有外伤性小肠破裂时,应详细了解伤情,密切观察,反复多次体检,结合辅助检查,一旦确诊尽早手术治疗。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic rupture of small intestine.Method Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 116 patients with traumatic rupture of the small intestine from January 2001 to December 2010 in our hospital.Results The group of 116 patients after surgery,diagnosed as traumatic rupture of small intestine.In which,91 patients with simple repair,intestinal resection and anastomosis in 25 cases.For 113 patients cured,3 cases died because severe combined injury,multiple trauma and shock.Conclusion Suspected abdominal injury in traumatic rupture of small intestine,you should learn more about the injury,close observation and repeated physical examination,combined with additional tests.Once the diagnosis is confirmed,surgical treatment should be done as soon as possible.
