溶胶-凝胶法制备二钛酸钡粉体

摘要 以钛酸丁酯和乙酸钡为前躯体原料,乙二醇甲醚和质量分数36%的乙酸为溶剂,冰醋酸为稳定剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法合成二钛酸钡(BaTi2O5)粉体.制备凝胶的最佳工艺条件:混合溶液的pH=4,n(Ba(Ac)2)∶n(Ti(OC4H9)4)∶n(CH3COOH)∶n(MOE)=1.00∶2.00∶7.97∶21.17,保温凝胶化温度为100℃.经X射线衍射(XRD)、热重/差热(TG-DTA)综合热分析表明:在最佳工艺条件下,当烧结温度为700℃,保温时间为2 h时,所合成单晶BaTi2O5粉体能稳定存在到1 200℃. BaTi2O5 powder was synthesized by a sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate and barium acetate as precursor materials by using 36% acetic acid and ethylene glycol monomethyl ether as solvent, glacial acetic acid as stabilizing agent. The optimal teehnologcial conditions for producing gel have been obtained as follows: pH=4 mixture solution, n(Ba(Ac)2) : n(Ti(OC4 H9)4) : n(CH3COOH) : n(MOE)=I. 00 : 2.00 : 7. 97 : 21.17, gel-temperature 100 ℃. X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) showed: at optimum technologcial conditions, single-phase BaTi2O5 can be stable at 1 200℃ as the precursors were heated at 700℃ for 2 h.
