摘要 提出二步法好氧静态堆肥发酵工艺,其采用简易的恒温仓式反应器,好氧堆肥的前期通气量较少,中、后期通气量较多.研究结果表明:一步好氧堆肥的腐熟菌剂LA502的最适生长温度是55℃,二步好氧堆肥的腐熟菌剂L501的最适生长温度是60℃;试验中的两次堆肥温度充分覆盖了多种高温腐熟微生物的生长温度范围,并可根据底物腐熟过程的全碳变化、温度变化、种子发芽率指数实时调整通气量. The two-step composting technology was proposed in this paper. This technology used a simple constant temperature storage reactor, and the ventilation volume in earlier stage of aerobic compost was less than that in medium or later stage. Results showed that the optimal growth temperatures for rotten microbial inoculants in one-step aerobic compost (LA502) and two-step aerobic compost (L501) were 55 C and 60 C respectively. The composting temperatures in the above tests fully covered a variety of high-temperature rotten microbial growth temperature, and the ventilation volume could be adjusted in teal time a&ording to the carbon change, temperature change and the seed germination rate index in the rotten process of the substrate.
