摘要
荷兰豆是厦门市同安区主要蔬菜品种和出口农产品之一。该文总结了当地主栽品种———台中11号从秋冬茬至早春茬的无公害高产栽培技术。
Snow bean（Pisum sativum） was one of the major vegetable varieties and agricultural exports at Tongan District,Xiamen City,Fujian Province.This paper dealt with the main local snow bean cultivar Taichung11,and concluded the pollution-free and high-yield cultivation techniques from autumn-winter season to early-spring season.
