村级集体资产监管现状及对策分析

Current Situations and Countermeasure of Management Village-level Assets

村级集体资产管理是农民关心的热点与焦点,也是当前农村工作的重点与难点。分析了村级资产管理存在的现状与问题,从建章立制,以制度规范管理;规范资产处置程序,保证处置工作合法、公正、透明;规范公开制度,强化内外监督等方面,提出了进一步加强村级资产有效管理的对策与建议。

Management of village-level assets was the concerning hot issue and focus by farmers.It also has become the key point and difficult point of the current rural work.This paper analyzed the current situation and problem of the village-level asset management,and then proposed countermeasures and suggestions to further improve effective management of the village-level asset.The countermeasures comprised establishing rules and regulations,standardizing management with system,standardizing procedure of asset disposition,assuring the disposition procedure legal,loyal,and public,standardizing public system and strengthening supervisions,etc.
