摘要
农村"一事一议"政策的实施,极大地缓解了村级经济压力,加速了村级公益事业的发展。文章提出古田县通过采取多种有效措施,推进"一事一议"财政奖补,确保惠民政策落到实处。
The implement of rural ＂one project one discussion＂ policy alleviated greatly the economy pressure of village and accelerated the development of rural public welfare.This paper introduced a variety of effective measures adopted by Gutian government,which were conducted to advanced the financial rewards substituting subsidies in ＂one project one discussion＂ and ensure the people-benefited policy falling to real point.
