摘要
为研究温度对配方烟丝造碎率及尺寸分布均匀性的影响,采用烟丝结构分布方程分析了不同温度烟丝破碎后尺寸分布规律。结果表明:在试验温度范围内,①烟丝的造碎率随着温度的升高而降低,相同温度下烟丝的造碎率是:三类烟>二类烟>一类烟;温度对不同等级烟丝的影响程度不同:一类烟>二类烟>三类烟;②不同温度烟丝,其破碎后尺寸分布的差异性主要是某一长度区间烟丝所占的百分比不同。一类、二类、三类烟烟丝结构差异性主要体现在1.4~2.0,0.7~2.0和1.4~2.8 mm区间;③烟丝结构的均匀性随烟丝温度的升高而降低,温度越高,碎后烟丝尺寸分布越不均匀。
Cut tobacco size distribution equation was used to analyze the influences of temperature on the breakage rate and size distribution of shattered cut tobacco, the results showed that: within the test temperature range, 1)the breakage rate of cut tobacco decreased with the rise of temperature; cut tobacco of the cigarette of different grades in the order of breakage rate at the same temperature were Grade III 〉 Grade II 〉 Grade I ; in the order of its susceptible to temperature were Grade I 〉Grade 1I 〉Grade m; 2)the variations of size distribution of shattered cut tobacco at different temperatures were mainly represented by the variations of the percentage of cut tobacco in a certain length range, which were 1,4-2.0, 0.7-2.0, 1.4-2.8 mm for Grade I, II and III, respectively; 3) the uniformity of cut tobacco structure decreased with the rise of temperature.
