摘要
致力于研究并设计出一套对传感器进行实时监控以CAN总线为系统通信方式的并具有无线收发功能的嵌入式传感器监测系统。设计工作是基于MDK Cortex3平台的STM32控制器为核心的,通过对STM32对光纤压力传感器的实时监控,从而实时获得现场的压力变化,通过经由STM32控制的CAN总线传输,将上述信息与其他设备进行交互,并通过STM32模拟无线收发芯片2262,2272的功能实现无线收发与控制端的控制信息,从而简化了系统的模块,实现了控制的简易性。最后通过对原有CAN通信协议中的节点网络通信方式进行优化,并提出了改进算法,实现了工控现场设备通信的网络化,节点化。
This article dedicates to research and design a real-time system so as to monitor sensors.This system transforms data and order by the meaning of CAN bus communication and it also has wireless transceiver capability itself.With this design it could monitor the status of the sensor and control the system easily.This design bases on MDK Cortex3 and STM32 controller.Through the research and implementation of this design,the device on industry becomes more effective and reaches the goal of realtime processing.
