针对部队装备管理信息化建设需求,提出构建基于Newtera TDM平台的装备管理系统。首先介绍了Newtera TDM平台,然后给出了系统技术应用框架和功能。

Aimed at the requirement on the equipment management information-based construction,this paper presented constructing equipment management system based on Newtera TDM.Firstly,Newtera TDM is introduced,and then it gives the technological application framework and function of the system.
