This paper introduces the Struts framework and its flow,the characters of XML and XSLT,analyses the framework of the Struts,and its advantages and disadvantages,puts forward a new improvement method and analyses its flow chart,and then presents how to realize the core classes.It pays much attention on how to improve Struts by XSLT and XML,finally,describes the advantages of the improved Struts.
