摘要 针对在低分辨率和复杂的现实环境中,车牌识别系统的识别率较低的问题,利用车牌的几何特征,采用了全局直方图均衡的图像增强算法和列差分的方法,将图像的灰度动态范围进行拉伸,增强图像纹理的对比度,使车牌的识别率得到较大的提高。为设计智能车辆管理系统中的车牌的提取和识别提供了一种方案。 For the problem of low recognition rate of the license plate recognition system in low resolution and complex reality,considering the geometric features of license plates,this paper uses the global histogram equalization of image enhancement algorithm and column difference method to pull the image intensity dynamic range extension and enhance the contrast of texture,so that license plate recognition rate is greatly improved.It proposed a program for the design of extraction and identification of license plates in intelligent vehicle management system.
