摘要 通过引入智能电网的关键概念、核心价值与基本特征的讨论,从发电领域数字化电站控制技术应用及发展的角度展开讨论和思考,明确提出,智能电网的建设需要电源测的积极配合和参与,电站数字化控制技术发展的核心关键在于机网协调、优化控制和状态检修等方面。 By introducing the discussion of the key concept, core value and basic characteristic of the inteUigent grid and developing the discussion and thinking in the application of the digital substation controlling technique, the paper presents that the construction of the intelligent grid is in need of the cooperation and participation of the power supply side. The key of the digital substation controlling technique developing is the coordination between plants and grid, optical controlling and condition - based maintenance.
